YOGA

Yoga was traditionally taught by one teacher directly to one student. Private sessions are the best way to learn the basics and foundation poses of yoga. If you are working with an injury, concern, or have a specific goal, you will benefit from one-on-one sessions designed to meet your individual needs. Without normal class distractions, you will progress to meet your personal goals at a quicker rate, both on and off your yoga mat.

MEDITATION & BREATHWORK

When beginning a meditation practice, or developing it further, it is important to engage with an experienced teacher. This will allow you to understand the fundamentals, and to develop a style that works well for you. Meredith's guided meditations are approached with a blend of the modern, scientific method of mindfulness, breathwork, and a soulful approach to connect you to your deeper, emotional and energetic awareness. 

Virtual - $65 for a 30 minute Zoom session ($300 for 5 sessions)
