YogaMind offers one-to-one attention even in group settings to ensure individual success and personal empowerment.

Practicing yoga and meditation regularly create the opportunity to live and respond in a more purpose-driven way, decreasing daily stressors and anxiety that can stem from work, busy schedules, and personal and professional relationships. 

YogaMind focuses on mindfulness through movement and through guided techniques designed to relax the mind and the body, allowing you to be more aware of your reactions and how you carry yourself on a daily basis.

At YogaMind, we teach classical Hatha yoga with focus on breath, alignment, developing strength and flexibility, and by providing hands-on, clear instruction. Hatha yoga is designed to slow the body’s aging process and leave you feeling stronger over time. This can be attributed to better sleeping habits as a result of relaxation, increased energy levels, relief from muscle pain and stiffness, and improved overall circulation.

Classes include some meditation and end with a guided Savasana (relaxation).  All levels of experience are welcome to join as Meredith gives each student the necessary attention throughout each class.

Tuesdays: 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Wednesdays: 9:30 am – 11:00 am

MEDITATION -

At YogaMind, we focus on helping you to become more aware of and manage your emotions and your response to everyday situations or stressful live events. 

Through guided meditation, you will learn how to move through difficult emotions and develop a deep connectedness to both yourself and others. It will allow you to pause, reflect, and respond accordingly on a daily basis. You will walk away with all of the tools necessary to get you through busy, stressful days. 

Whether out of curiosity or based on an informed decision, we invite all levels of experience to try our guided meditation sessions. No experience necessary. 

Monday Night Meditation: 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm
